Banking Course
This course was developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and included some character driven customer support scenarios, interactive activities and knowledge check questions that tested the learners understanding of the material. The client had requested that this course be made with strict accessibility standards, which meant that I had to use the JAWS screen reader software to test the functionality and make sure everything was setup for this in mind. This was a learning experience for me because I’ve never made a course for JAWS before.
